We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Officer Location: Ogba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Assist the Head of the Department in day-to-day activities of the warehouse Receive all spare parts and ensure necessary documentation and records. Ensure that all spare parts are in good condition and safe. Ensure an effective inventory management of Spare parts. Involve in the issuing out of finished goods to all customers. Issuing out of: Soap Noodles, All perfumes, Extracts – Titanium, Packaging Materials – outer cartons, Paper boards, BOPP film, Coding ink, Gluing. Involve in quarterly/annual stock taking of raw material stocks. Budgeting and payment of weekly loading/off loading expenses. Issue out spare parts and ensure proper authorization and record. Confirming daily output from the production records. Ensuring proper arrangement o raw materials in the warehouse Printing and transferring of raw materials and packaging materials used for daily production. Ensure proper and easy identification of all spare parts in the store. Keep and render to Management the inventory reports weekly to ensure adequacy at all time. Qualifications Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
