Lead, train, and supervise production operators during assigned shifts. Oversee the operation of feed milling equipment for fish and shrimp feed production. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and production resources. Prepare and maintain accurate production and shift reports. Requirements: ND / HND in Engineering, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience: in a Feed Mill, with hands-on experience: in Aqua Feed (fish/shrimp feed) production.
