We are recruiting to fill the position below: Location: IT Infastructure Support Intern Location: Lagos, Nigeria Key Responsibilities: Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups. Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Assist in managing and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, storage). Assist in enforcing security best practices, including access control and vulnerability management. Support infrastructure as code (IaC) implementations using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Provide technical support for internal systems and infrastructure-related issues. Monitor system performance, uptime, and security, and respond to incidents or outages. Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for application deployment. Help automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools (e.g., Bash, Python). Required Qualifications Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs). Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control).
