Responsibilities: Complete daily mise en place and preparation requirements. Prepare food according to approved recipes and standards. Report equipment, stock, or operational issues to the Sous Chef Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. Maintain proper food storage and stock rotation. Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, presentation, and quality. Coordinate with other kitchen sections during service. Take responsibility for an assigned kitchen section. Supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs assigned to the section. Minimise food wastage. Requirements: 2–4 years' experience: in a professional kitchen.
