This role requires a combination of advanced shooting and editing expertise, strong creative judgment, and the ability to manage stakeholders proactively while delivering high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the full video production process, including planning, filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring all work meets studio quality standards. Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects, maintaining ownership of creative execution from start to finish. Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and proactively identifying potential risks before they affect delivery. Contribute creative ideas, new formats, and innovative approaches to enhance the studio’s video production capabilities. Support the growth of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
