Track and order hospitality, cleaning, and kitchen supplies to maintain operational readiness. Maintain accurate logs of guests, handle cash and digital payments, and prepare daily or weekly reports. Ensure the premises are secure, enforce safety protocols, and handle emergency situations. Requirements: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Less qualifications with experience: may be considered. Experience: Typically 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience: in the Nigerian hospitality or service industry. Skills: Excellent communication (English), problem-solving abilities, proficiency in hotel management software, and strong organizational skills.
