What you'll do Survey and document existing built spaces — accurate as-built drawings for FM use Create floor plans that map cleaning paths, cleaning zones, and space utilization both manually and for robots Work directly with the FM team to keep documentation current as spaces change Use 3D modeling and AI-assisted design tools to speed up documentation and visualization Source and support growth and expansion opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and win bids Design, plan, and develop concepts and create 2D, 3D plans and technical documents for projects, tenders and bids for prospective and existing clients What you bring Eye for spatial logic — how people and cleaning crews actually move through space Prior FM, facilities documentation, or built-environment operations exposure is a plus.
