Key Responsibilities: Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat sales. Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback. Promote and sell the bakery's products to new and existing customers. Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Explore opportunities with supermarkets, restaurants, offices, schools, event planners, and other businesses. Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience: in sales, marketing, retail, FMCG, or a related role. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with field sales and customer follow-up. Experience: in the bakery or FMCG industry is an added advantage. Ability to identify and convert new customers. Salary N200,000 per month + Commission.
