We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, movement, and documentation of products and supplies at our Oke-Ado location in Ibadan. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and have good knowledge of stock handling, inventory records, and basic reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess, damaged, or expired items to management. Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure the store is clean, safe, and well organized. Properly arrange and store products to ensure easy identification and retrieval. Investigate and report stock variances, losses, damages, or discrepancies. Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against delivery documents. Issue products and supplies only against approved requests or instructions. Record all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, issues, and returns. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience: in storekeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, or a similar role. Good numerical and record-keeping abilities. Good understanding of stock management and inventory control. Must be able to work from Oke-Ado, Ibadan, and commute conveniently to the location. Ability to maintain proper documentation and follow established procedures. Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supply, or a related field is an advantage. Experience: handling stock in a supermarket, retail, FMCG, warehouse, restaurant, or food-related business is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
