The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, high-impact projects within dynamic enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and participate in major incident and problem reviews. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout project execution. Manage IT infrastructure projects encompassing networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and data center operations in a high-availability, ITIL-based environment. Lead and supervise the project execution team, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved. Foster collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts, aligning objectives, and ensuring accountability. Prepare and maintain key project documents, including charters, communication plans, and progress reports. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; coordinate updates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, resourcing, and process compliance, and recommend improvements. Manage project budgets, financials, and resource utilization to achieve delivery within agreed constraints. Translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes, ensuring that project outcomes align with organizational goals. Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operations teams with comprehensive documentation and drawings. Oversee the full project lifecycle — from requirements: definition, planning, and execution to transition and closure. Qualifications & Requirements: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience: managing complex IT infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, high-availability environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Excellent understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and ITIL principles.
