You will oversee nationwide field teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable business growth through effective field execution. Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline (MBA/Master's degree is an advantage). 8–10 years' progressive experience: in field operations, sales management, business development, pensions, banking, insurance, fintech, FMCG, or a related industry. At least 5 years' experience: leading large, geographically dispersed field teams. A proven track record of delivering business growth, driving retail market expansion, improving operational performance, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
