Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement FMCG marketing strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, calendars, and budgets. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Brand & Product Management: Manage brand positioning, product visibility, and shelf presence. Support new product development, launches, relaunches, and packaging updates. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions. Trade Marketing & Distribution Support: Work closely with sales teams to improve product availability, merchandising, and visibility. Design trade promotions to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Develop POS materials (banners, shelf talkers, flyers, standees, in-store branding). Consumer & Promotional Marketing Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) activities to drive volume sales. Plan and execute consumer promotions, discounts, sampling, activations, and roadshows. Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements. Digital & Media Management: Track campaign performance using KPIs and market data. Oversee digital marketing including social media campaigns, online ads, and content creation. Coordinate media planning, buying, and public relations activities. Team & Vendor Management: Supervise marketing executives, field marketers, and brand promoters. Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare regular marketing and market performance reports. Measure ROI on marketing spend and trade promotions. Use data insights to optimize future marketing activities.
