Consumer & Promotional Marketing Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) activities to drive volume sales. Plan and execute consumer promotions, discounts, sampling, activations, and roadshows. Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements. Digital & Media Management: Track campaign performance using KPIs and market data. Oversee digital marketing including social media campaigns, online ads, and content creation. Coordinate media planning, buying, and public relations activities. Team & Vendor Management: Supervise marketing executives, field marketers, and brand promoters. Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare regular marketing and market performance reports.
