This role involves building strong, long-term relationships, understanding clients’ financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate account opening and onboarding activities. The role includes monitoring account performance, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, support credit applications, adhere to risk and compliance requirements, and contribute to achieving branch and bank-wide revenue targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., CIBN) is an advantage.
