We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hardworking Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily production activities for our growing food business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and report production issues or shortages promptly. Monitor the quality, quantity, and consistency of food products. Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule. Ensure staff follow established production procedures and hygiene standards. Assist with loading, moving, or arranging products/materials when required. Work closely with management to improve production efficiency and reduce operational challenges. Maintain proper records of production activities, materials, and inventory. Monitor the use of production materials and minimize waste. Ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and safe. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities. Coordinate production staff and assign daily tasks. Requirements: Ability to coordinate and supervise production activities. Must be willing and able to work from Akute, Ogun State Previous experience: in food production or a similar environment is an advantage. Mature, responsible, and dependable. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be committed to working **Monday – Saturday Physically capable of moving products/materials when required.
