The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while ensuring an outstanding guest experience: in a vibrant and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Recommend beverages and menu items based on guest preferences. Ensure bar inventory is adequately stocked and report shortages promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Assist with stock taking, inventory control, and proper storage of beverages. Requirements: 5 – 7 years of proven experience: as a Bar Attendant, Bartender, or in a similar role within a reputable hotel, restaurant, or lounge. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts. Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Knowledge of bar operations and beverage service standards is an added advantage. OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
