The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposit acquisition, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our financial products to increase customer Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Source and mobilize deposits through effective marketing, referrals, and direct sales activities. Identify prospective customers and convert leads into active deposit accounts. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat deposits. Promote savings, current, and investment products to individuals and businesses. Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly deposit targets. Conduct market visits and client engagements to expand business opportunities. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization activities, pipeline, and performance. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve deposit strategies. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline. 1–2 years’ experience in deposit mobilization, banking, or fintech sales. Strong knowledge of financial products and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Skills: Sales and marketing – ability to pitch financial products effectively. Customer relationship management – building trust and loyalty with clients. Financial literacy – understanding savings, deposits, and investment products. Target-driven – ability to meet and exceed deposit goals. Negotiation – persuading clients to commit funds. Adaptability – thriving in a fast-paced fintech environment. Behavioral Attributes: Integrity and professionalism. Self-motivated and proactive. Strong interpersonal skills.
