Key Responsibilities: Maintain proper display and presentation of furniture products. Explain product features, prices, materials, and available options. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and transactions. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Drive showroom sales and achieve assigned targets. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales. Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams for delivery. Welcome and attend to customers in the showroom. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture products. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends. Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment. Sales-oriented and target-driven. 1–3 years of experience: in showroom sales, furniture sales, retail sales, or customer service. Presentable, confident, and proactive. OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
