You will ensure that our projects are completed within budget, meet quality standards, and deliver value for the company and our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of our real estate and construction projects, from land development to leasing and building works. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Ninestars Agricultural Limited. Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Ensure all cost and contract practices comply with industry standards and company policies. Site Measurement & Valuation: Carry out site measurements, assess work done, and certify payments to contractors. Contract Management: Administer contracts, prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts. Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and report on budget variances to Management. Tendering & Procurement: Manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers to get the best value. Cost Planning & Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets for real estate and construction projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, BOQs, and prepare regular cost reports for Management. Land & Lease Costing: Work with the real estate team to cost land acquisition, development, and leasing projects with local communities. Requirements: & Qualifications Education: B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying. Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good negotiation skills, and ability to work with site teams and community stakeholders. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract law, and costing in the Nigerian context. Professional certification with NIQS or RICS is an added advantage Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience: as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.
