Receives complaints from customers through customers complaints form. Collates customer’s orders, indicating the available and the non available ones. Weekly preparation of sales report. Open accounts for new walk in customers. Collates the non available customers order and forward it to the operations department for follow up. Collates sales order pending and forwarding to the audit department daily for record purpose. Call customers for feed backs. Maintain and build customer data/information e.g. names, address, phone number etc. Receives orders from customers and prepare sales order. Educational Qualifications and Experience: Proficiency in Word Processing software. Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
