Key Responsibilities: Sales & Demand Planning Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand Ensure inventory availability aligns with sales targets Logistics Strategy Develop logistics strategies to support market expansion Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks Order Fulfillment Oversee order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction Cross‐Functional Coordination Act as a bridge between sales, supply chain, procurement, and operations Resolve bottlenecks affecting deliveries Cost & Efficiency Management Reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality Monitor KPIs (delivery time, fill rate, cost per shipment, etc.) Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with logistics providers, distributors, and third-party vendors Typical KPIs Order fulfillment rate On-time delivery (%) Logistics cost as % of sales Inventory turnover Customer satisfaction scores Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
