We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title : Programme Delivery Intern (The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project) Location : Lagos, Nigeria Work mode: Hybrid Contract Type: Internship (6 months, renewable based on performance and organisational needs) Reports to: Head of The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP) Working Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule) About The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP) The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP) is SustyVibes' flagship mental health and climate initiative, working to improve understanding of the psychological impacts of climate change across Africa while creating accessible, community-led solutions. Through research, capacity building, community engagement, and advocacy, TEAP is helping shape a future where young Africans are supported to build resilience in the face of the climate crisis. Role Summary The Eco-Anxiety Africa Project (TEAP), a programme of SustyVibes, is looking for a Programme Delivery Intern to support one of Africa's leading youth-led climate and mental health initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious, proactive, and excited to build practical experience: within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation. If you are passionate about climate change, mental health, and research, this role puts you at the centre of programme delivery, community engagement, and impact. This role offers hands-on experience: in programme implementation while contributing to innovative work at the intersection of climate change and mental health. Working closely with the Head of TEAP and the wider programme team, the intern will support the coordination and delivery of projects, contribute to research activities, assist with monitoring and evaluation, and help ensure participants have a positive experience: across TEAP programmes. What You'll Do Programme Delivery & Coordination: Track programme activities, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple initiatives. Assist with participant registration, communication, and follow-up throughout programme cycles. Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of TEAP programmes, workshops, and events. Support internal coordination meetings by preparing notes, action points, and documentation. Research & Learning: Support research activities, including data collection and data management. Assist with documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future programme improvement. Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities to help assess programme impact. Community Engagement & Communications: Help maintain communication with programme participants, facilitators, and partners. Support documentation of programme activities through case studies, stories of change, and impact summaries. Support participant engagement before, during, and after programme activities. Assist in developing programme resources, toolkits, and educational materials. Programme Administration: Help ensure programme documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal programme activities. Support reporting requirements: for funders and organisational learning.
