Mobilize deposits and achieve assigned business growth targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell the Bank's products and services. Conduct regular market visits and client engagements. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely loan repayments where applicable. Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports. Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience: in wealth management, relationship management, account management, or business development within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, or other financial institution. Strong deposit mobilization and customer acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets.
