Translate company strategy and objectives into clear operational plans, targets and measurable KPIs, tracked daily. Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistency across all locations. Work with senior management on new initiatives, locations, menu development, promotions and other strategic projects. Analyze and identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and profitability. Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, technology and operating standards. Conduct regular visits to outlets to assess performance, support managers and ensure consistent execution. Ensure consistent adherence to all company standards, recipes, operations, quality control measures and service procedures across all locations. Ensure consistent application of company policies, SOPs, recipes, service standards and operating procedures across all locations. Team Management & Development: Recruit, train, and coach managers (Area Managers, Outlet Managers) and other key personnel to build high-performing teams. Monitor pricing, promotions, product performance and sales channels and make recommendations to management. Monitor and manage food cost, labour cost, wastage, operating expenses and other key cost drivers without compromising quality or service. Strengthen controls to minimize theft, fraud, wastage and other operational losses. Monitor inventory variances, wastage, shortages and product losses and implement corrective measures.
