Key Responsibilities: Market Engagement: Conduct structured market, client, and trade association visits to strengthen brand presence. Solution Advisory: Introduce unified local payment and FX solutions, specializing in NGN to USD and NGN to RMB conversion pathways. Strategic Reporting: Analyse localised market intelligence and client insights, reporting findings directly to the Country Manager. Client Onboarding: Guide enterprise clients through the complete account opening process and facilitate platform adoption. Portfolio Growth: Source and develop major importers trading with China, UAE, India, Turkey, and Europe, targeting enterprise accounts with an annual transaction volume of ≥ ₦1 billion. Ecosystem Networking: Build referral pipelines by establishing partnerships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and industry trade groups. Target Client Profile: Established Nigerian trade entities with consistent, stable overseas remittance needs across sectors such as FMCG, electronics, auto parts, building materials, textiles, and machinery. Requirements: Professional Attributes: Highly driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Mobility: Access to reliable personal transportation is a distinct advantage.
