Support content planning for ads and promotional materials. Track engagement and performance of campaigns. Suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Brand Strategy & Visibility: Support execution of brand strategy across all platforms. Maintain consistent brand voice, identity, and aesthetics. Increase brand awareness through creative visibility strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Content Creation and Community Building: Build and nurture a loyal community around the brand through active engagement across platforms. Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Capture behind-the-scenes studio content, transformations, and product moments. Write strong, brand-aligned captions and storytelling content. Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule. Partnerships & Collaborations: : Identify influencers, creators, and brand collaboration opportunities. Support outreach and coordination for partnerships through PR packages, influencer gifting, and brand activations. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Mass Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role (beauty industry is a plus). Passionate about beauty, branding, and storytelling with an eye for aesthetics. Experience working in the beauty, cosmetics, and fashion Understanding of social media, content, and editing skills (Instagram & TikTok especially). Creative with content ideas and execution. Good Communication, organizational skills, and detailed oriented Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing. Must have completed NYSC.
