This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and can balance operational rigour with long-term strategic vision. YOUR MISSION Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units Manage treasury and liquidity to ensure group-wide financial stability Drive investment and wealth management strategy to maximize returns on company assets Lead capital raising and corporate finance activities including debt and equity structuring Oversee portfolio and project finance management across Juremi's five sectors Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders Maintain strong accounting operations and internal controls Ensure tax planning and full regulatory compliance Drive business performance management and strategic KPI reporting Optimize asset utilization and resource allocation Lead enterprise risk management across the group Oversee procurement strategy and cost optimization initiatives Manage and develop the finance team while engaging senior stakeholders WHAT YOU BRING Must-have: Financial Planning & Budgeting Treasury & Liquidity Management Capital Raising & Corporate Finance Investment & Wealth Management Financial Reporting & Governance Enterprise Risk Management Tax Planning & Regulatory Compliance Nice-to-have: Portfolio Financial Management Procurement & Cost Optimization Business Performance Management Project Finance Management Tools: ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), Financial modelling tools (Excel, Power BI), Accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage), Treasury management systems PURPOSE To restructure and strengthen Juremi Group's finance function, establishing robust governance, driving investment performance, securing growth capital, and delivering the financial insight that enables sustainable expansion across real estate, hospitality, energy, transportation, and public infrastructure.
