The role provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved standards. Responsibilities: Support the monitoring and execution of structural and civil works. Assist in supervising daily on-site construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Assist with project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and risk assessments. Report site issues promptly and assist in identifying practical solutions to minimize project delays. Participate in site meetings and prepare technical reports and project updates for management. Assist in monitoring construction methods and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material logs, and attendance records. Assist in coordinating contractors, subcontractors, site staff, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Support the enforcement of quality control, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines on site. Interpret architectural and structural drawings for accurate site implementation. Monitor material usage and liaise with the procurement/logistics team to ensure timely material availability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Familiarity with construction methods and engineering principles. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
