Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. Report major repair requirements: and equipment failures to management. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports of completed work. Replace light bulbs, repair electrical outlets, switches, and minor wiring issues. Monitor and maintain water supply systems, generators, and other utility equipment. Assist external contractors during specialized maintenance and repair projects. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently. Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Repair faulty equipment, fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, locks, and appliances. Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly stored and maintained.
