We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Area Sales Manager Job Location: Enugu / Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State territories. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales, volume, and prescription targets for assigned products. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis Training: Conduct field coaching, product training and sales presentations for the sales teamy Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences/Natural Sciences, or any related field. Minimum of at least 2 years in a supervisory/ASM role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Lagos/Ogun and East territories. Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
