Coordinate the collection, sorting, processing, and transportation of recyclable materials. Lead field teams and monitor productivity and compliance. Conduct site visits and resolve operational issues. Monitor vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with buyers, vendors, transport partners, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
