We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, partnerships, sales opportunities, stockist development and market expansion across EHI Group. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Build, manage and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline. Monitor market activity, customer behaviour and competitor developments to identify new revenue opportunities. Develop strategies to increase sales from existing customers, accounts and markets. Proactively identify prospective customers, buyers, partners and commercial opportunities. Follow up leads consistently from initial contact through negotiation, conversion or formal closure. Identify new sales opportunities across retail, wholesale, corporate, stockist and partnership channels. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with monthly and annual revenue targets. Track sales performance and provide accurate weekly commercial reports. Wholesale & Stockist Development: Conduct proactive outreach and manage commercial conversations with prospective buyers and stockists. Identify and develop relationships with potential stockists, boutiques, concept stores and retail partners locally and internationally. Maintain strong relationships with existing stockists and identify opportunities to increase account value and repeat orders. Research and build targeted prospect lists of relevant buyers and retail businesses. Prepare wholesale proposals, line sheets, presentations and other commercial materials in collaboration with relevant internal teams. Monitor stockist performance and recommend strategies for account development. Manage follow-up after exhibitions, pop-ups, trade shows, buyer meetings and other commercial activities. International business development or market-expansion experience: is an advantage.
