Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering HR consulting projects and client assignments. Support HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives. Prepare HR reports, policies, presentations, and other professional documentation. Coordinate training, meetings, and other HR-related projects as required. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Liaise with clients and employees to address HR-related enquiries and requirements. Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and documentation. Requirements: Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian Labour laws. 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
