SPAR is looking for an Outlet Concept Manager to take full ownership of our Furniture Showroom in Port Harcourt — running the floor, leading the team, and making sure every customer who walks in leaves impressed (and buying). What You'll Do Welcome customers, present products, and prepare accurate quotations Maintain showroom operations in line with SPAR's standards and procedures Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team to perform at their best Generate and follow up on leads to support ongoing business growth Curate attractive, on-brand product displays and visual merchandising Oversee orders, payments, deliveries, and inventory accuracy Drive showroom sales and consistently hit monthly targets Prepare sales reports and share market/customer feedback with leadership What You Bring Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team Possess an HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field with 3 – 5 years' experience: in retail/showroom sales — furniture or home décor experience: is required. Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with a track record of hitting targets Good understanding of showroom operations and visual merchandising N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
