We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Human Resources Officer Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support the effective management of our people and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, performance management, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Support the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in managing employee relations, including attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare. Prepare HR reports and provide relevant workforce data to management when required. Support payroll administration by providing accurate and timely employee information. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Handle employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR support. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience: in Human Resources or a related role. NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate is required. Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and workplace practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems will be an advantage.
