We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Growth & Community Executive Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role We are looking for a creative and energetic Growth & Community Executive to build our brand, grow our customer community and drive customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content and coordinate photography/video content. Develop and execute marketing and customer growth initiatives. Manage Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels. Plan café events, promotions, loyalty campaigns and activations. Support the café team in delivering an excellent customer experience. Drive foot traffic, repeat visits and customer retention. Develop partnerships with businesses, offices and communities around Lekki. Build and manage the café customer community. Track marketing performance and recommend growth opportunities. Requirements: Strong social media and content creation skills. HND/BSC in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Must live within Lekki or surrounding areas and be able to commute easily to Lekki. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, proactive and commercially minded. Minimum of 2 years' experience: in marketing, social media, community management or business growth. Experience: with a lifestyle, hospitality, food or consumer brand is an advantage. What We Offer Minimum of N250,000 monthly, with performance-based incentives.
