The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the management of existing accounts for the company's cleaning consumables product portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to convert prospects into repeat customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Prepare and submit competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders. Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market coverage. Achieve monthly sales targets. Convert enquiries into confirmed sales and long-term supply contracts. Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital channels, and field sales. Identify opportunities within corporate organisations, facility management companies, hotels, hospitals, schools, manufacturing companies, commercial buildings, and government institutions. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. Account Management: Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and pending orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct periodic customer satisfaction visits. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Market Intelligence: Provide regular market feedback to management. Recommend strategies to improve market penetration. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Identify emerging market opportunities. Sales Administration: Generate accurate sales forecasts. Maintain an updated sales pipeline. Prepare weekly sales activity reports. Ensure timely submission of and sales report. Qualifications 3–4 years' B2B sales experience. Experience: selling cleaning consumables, industrial chemicals, janitorial supplies, facility management products, FMCG, or industrial products.
