We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, applications, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both technical operations and user support. The candidate should be capable of working independently, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all IT systems remain reliable, secure, and operational. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, systems, licenses, and technology assets. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. Protect systems and devices against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. Train and guide staff on the effective and safe use of IT systems. Monitor computers, networks, internet services, and other IT systems. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management. Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required. Identify IT risks and implement appropriate security measures. Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage software installations, updates, licenses, and system upgrades. Prepare regular reports on IT operations, issues, and system performance.
