The Market Intelligence & Insights team is expanding, and we are looking for a highly analytical and customer-obsessed team member to join us as a Market Intelligence & Insights Analyst. What you need to bring is a deep understanding of the business, a passion for solving problems, and an eagerness to learn both quantitative (numbers-driven) and qualitative (people-driven) research. Are you inherently curious about our customers? Do you constantly ask “why” behind the data? Responsibilities: Help organize and eventually conduct customer interviews, focus groups, and usability tests to understand the “why” behind customer behaviors Co-create visually engaging and easy-to-understand reports and presentations for cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Management Monitor the Nigerian lending and fintech landscape to track competitor products, campaigns, and market positioning Assist in the design, scripting, and deployment of customer surveys to measure satisfaction, product usage, and market trends Learn to analyze raw data, including survey results and internal metrics, to identify patterns and translate them into actionable insights Support end-to-end research projects that influence business decisions and strategy.
