Responsibilities: Periodically ensure all the parameters, e.g., weight, alignment, perforation, and sealing integrity, align with the specification. Sustainably delivers quality products that meet consumer specifications. Ensure products specification are checked periodically for accuracy. Ensure adequate monitoring of CCPs in a production area. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, Good housekeeping/5S, and Food safety procedures at the beginning, during, and close of Production. Perform other task as may be assigned by Management. Ensure the machines run efficiently and effectively during the shift to deliver planned volume and OEE. Excellent knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) food safety skill. To ensure all machine daily production activities are properly recorded in the logbook. Carry out quality checks at regular intervals on all products from the machine to reduce waste. Report all near-miss cases by filling out the forms and closing open actions. Ensure quality production of products by following all the quality monitoring processes during the operation. Ensure all production staffs understand environmental & sustainability policy statement. Carry out checks on the output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety procedures is essential. Ensure smooth running of the lines with minimal waste incurred. Ensure that the Machine Guards and interlocks are in place and functional without bypassing them. Salary N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
