Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels and partner platforms. Prepare and process settlement reports for merchants, banks, agents, and other stakeholders. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and settlement exceptions promptly. Monitor settlement accounts and ensure timely funding and settlement. Liaise with Finance, ICT, partner banks, and payment service providers to resolve transaction issues. Maintain accurate reconciliation and settlement records for audit and regulatory purposes. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and settlement reports. Escalate unresolved issues in line with the approved escalation process. Ensure compliance with company policies, CBN guidelines, and operational procedures. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation and settlement efficiency. Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations or Management. Requirements: Minimum qualification of a BSc. 1 year of previous experience: in a similar role.
