The HEMM Engineers oversee the performance, maintenance, and repair of heavy earth-moving equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimum downtime. Requirements: Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices. Ability to work under pressure and in field environments. Team leadership and supervision abilities. Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings. Minimum of 5 years of experience: in maintenance and repair of heavy earth-moving equipment. E.g Excavator, Dozers, Cranes, Cartapillers, Pay Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Swamp Buggie etc. Good communication and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems. Experience: in construction, mining, or the oil & gas industry is an added advantage.
