Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports Oversee payroll services, staff records, and personal information systems Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure proper organisation of income, expenses, and cash flow Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Act as the internal point of accountability for business compliance Handle tax regulation, filings, and statutory remittances Ensure full compliance with Nigerian business regulatory requirements: Maintain alignment with government policies and financial regulations Auditing and Controls: Identify financial risks and recommend control improvements Prepare the company for internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation and audit trails Administrative Support: Maintain organised records across finance and administration Support management with accurate financial insights Support management with operations Ensure payroll structures and organisational records remain current and compliant Qualifications Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
