We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational organization for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive enterprise-wide capability development, learning strategy, and organizational learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external learning providers. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning plans. Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Develop and implement the organization's learning and capability development strategy. Design competency frameworks and structured learning pathways. Ensure compliance with learning policies, governance, and statutory training requirements. Measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact. Design and deliver blended learning interventions. Lead the planning and execution of Graduate Trainee and leadership development programmes. Support the implementation and effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Requirements: Proven experience: designing and implementing capability development programmes. Experience: developing learning content and managing learning interventions. Additional professional certifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Management, or related fields will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education: Management, or a related discipline. Exposure to operational or industrial environments will be an advantage.
