Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at point of sale. Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets. Execute daily van sales routes to assigned retail outlets and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new sales outlets to expand market coverage. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor. Maintain the assigned sales van in good condition and ensure safe driving practices. Collect payments and reconcile daily sales with cash/stock records. Requirements: Valid Driver's License. Prior experience: in FMCG van/route sales is an advantage. Valid LASDRI (Lagos State Drivers' Institute) card. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good communication and negotiation skills.
