Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extral low voltage systems, including CCTV cameras, Smoke detectors, Public Address system, and access control. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in fire alarm systems across various brands and models, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime. Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and service reports, documenting system conditions, findings, corrective actions, and compliance status. Respond promptly to emergency service requests and system failures, providing timely resolutions to restore fire protection functionality. Requirements: Candidates should possess at least an HND / OND qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a trade test. Experience Required: 3 - 6+ years’ experience as an ELV maintenance technician in the facility management sector is preferred. Proficient in working with various fire alarm panel brands like SIMPLEX, CHEMITRON, KIDDIE, and FM200 Systems.
