Coordinate & implement total inventory audit to measure level of compliance. Monitors and ensure Operational compliance in the records keeping and real time updates. Follow up Material Requirement plan for Spares & Production Consumables. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze inventory performance including turnover rates, stock level and obsolete or excess inventory. Provide information on current stock and order to provide justification for reordering. Liaise with user departments to reconcile records especially on critical /insurance parts. Establish and maintain an effective inventory control system that guarantees real time posting of transactions. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances, investigating the root cause and implementing corrective action. Notify the Head of Store of any irregularities in inventory records and provide support in reconciliation or resolving it. Monitor all inventory transactions, ensure accurate record keeping and measure compliance level. Education: and Work Experience: BSc / HND in Statistics / Computer Science / SCM / Engineering / Accounting. Knowledge of SAP -MM module for inventory management is an added advantage 2-3years in Warehouse & Inventory management in Manufacturing Industry.
