Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Project Planning, Scheduling & Delivery Coordinate project activities and deliverables in line with approved plans and timelines. Track milestones and identify potential delays, risks and resource constraints. Implement and follow up on corrective actions to support timely project delivery. Project Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, trackers, action registers and records. Prepare timely and accurate project status reports for management and clients. Document project meetings, decisions, action items and key project correspondence. Procurement, Contractor & Resource Coordination Facilitate procurement requests and follow up on timely delivery of materials, equipment and services. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience: in project coordination, project delivery or project administration within infrastructure, engineering, construction or oil & gas industries. Knowledge of project management principles and project lifecycle processes. Understanding of project scheduling, reporting and project controls. Familiarity with procurement, logistics and contractor coordination processes. Understanding of engineering and construction project documentation. Working knowledge of HSE requirements: and industry regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
