The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking and processing orders, promoting the restaurant's products, handling payments, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner. Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately. Explain menu items, prices, and available options to customers. Process customer payments and issue receipts where applicable. Promote meals, specials, and other products offered by the restaurant. Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming sales/service area. Monitor available products and notify the supervisor when items are running low. Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally. Assist with packaging takeaway orders and ensuring they are properly prepared. Record daily sales and maintain accurate transaction records. Support other restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and customer-service standards. Requirements: Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification. Previous experience: in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a restaurant is an advantage.
