The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary. Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. Operate the hotel’s front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data.
