Expedier is looking for an Account Officer to join our team and support the onboarding and activation of business customers on Expedier for Business (EFB), our web-based business platform. What You’ll Be Doing Identify customer needs and recommend relevant Expedier solutions Engage prospective and existing business customers and guide them through the onboarding process Work closely with the Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth onboarding experience: Maintain accurate customer records and onboarding information Follow up with customers to ensure successful account setup and activation Onboard new business customers onto Expedier for Business (EFB) Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers Provide regular updates and reports on onboarding activities and customer progress Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives Help businesses understand and effectively use EFB's features and services Who We're Looking For Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups effectively 2–3 years of experience: in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or a related role Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident engaging with businesses and decision-makers Experience: in fintech, banking, payments, or a related industry is an advantage Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable onboarding customers and navigating digital platforms Salary N311,000 per month.
